If you are a current member of AMSN and the U.S. Armed Forces, please download the Convention form, fill it out, and return it by mail or fax with your payment and a copy of your current military ID to receive a special military discounted rate!

Early bird, postmarked on or before 6/30	$432 (In-Person or Virtual)
Regular, postmarked 7/1-9/29	$432 (In-Person or Virtual)
Onsite, 9/30 and other:	$540 (In-Person or Virtual)
